Using scenario:

Scenario 2: Invite the buyer or supplier to get further understanding of the production project, provide a self-assessment report, and then invite the buyer or sell (or 3rd third party) to do verification on the evaluation report, as to make supplier qualification evaluation or annual qualification evaluation.
Scenario 3: Invite the buyer or supplier to get further understanding of the production project, provide the self-assessment report. And then do verification on the assessment report by the stakeholders, as to dentify the improvement requirements, propose the improvement action.

How to use this checklist
To facilitate the self-assessment process, the following scoring convention can be used. Repone of “No” indicates that the organization has failed to address a particular requirement of the point. A score of “Partially” would apply in instances where the organization has partially implemented a requirement of the point, or the organization assessing is low risk of the point. A score of “Yes” would apply if the organization can provide objective evidence that it has completely fulfilled a requirement of the point. And "N/A" is a no scoring selection, for where the organization is unnecessary to accomplish that
There is total three sheets. The basic information in Summary Sheet should be typed in, the italics, e.g.: N/A, in Management Sheet and Manufacturing Sheet should be selected. The content in Manufacturing Sheet is extendable, you should choose the main manufacturing processes those intended to be assessed.
